Service Agreement

Before accepting or using the Yirental services, please be sure to read the following terms carefully and agree to this agreement.

  1. Any form of using Yirental services and data directly or indirectly (including but not limited to API references, etc.) means that you have read and agreed to this statement; Please stop using any of Yirental services or data if you haven’t agreed to this statement.

  2. "Yirental" is Yirental Inc and its affiliates’ trademark, which is protected by law.

  3. The information or content posted on Yirental does not represent the opinions and opinions of the Yirental Inc. It does not mean that the platform agrees with the view or guarantees the authenticity of the content.

  4. Yirental will not transfer or disclose the user's personal information to any third party, except in the following cases:
    a. Authorized by user;
    b. Following laws and regulations;
    c. Required by government authorities;
    d. To protect the interests of the public;
    e. To protect the rights and interests of Yirental Inc.

  5. You agree that the Yirental may, in the course of providing the services, send you advertising, promotion or promotional information (including commercial and non-commercial information) by Yirental or by a third-party advertiser.

  6. You are aware of the potential risks of using Yirental services. Yirental is not responsible for any of your direct or indirect loss, accidents, lawsuits, etc, in any circumstances.

  7. You must have the copyrights or authorized by the owner of the content before uploading or posting to Yirental. The content shall not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party in any form. You agree that the content is accurate, authentic and legit. Yirental is not responsible for the accuracy, authenticity and legality of the content. If you find that the content is inaccurate or illegal, please report it to the Yirental immediately. We will remove the content immediately. Yirental will also do our best to assist the investigation in case of interest conflicts.

  8. When posting a sublease listing, users must comply with local laws and regulations and ensure that they have obtained authorization from the landlord. In the event of a dispute, Yirental is not responsible for it.

  9. Yirental is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of the content uploaded by users.

  10. After the user obtains the rental information from Yirental, please comply with local laws and regulations and sign a written agreement to protect your own interests in the event of offline transactions. Yirental is not responsible for any offline disputes. Users should resolve any disputes by themselves.

  11. Sharing or citing the contents from Yirental must be used in a reasonable and good faith. Misinterpreting or modifying the original intention of the platform is not allowed. You are fully responsible for potential legal liability of sharing or citing the content.

  12. Reproduction or reference to the contents of Yirental is forbidden in following cases:
    a. harms the interests of Yirental, others or other social groups;
    b. violations of laws and regulations;

  13. Yirental is not responsible for any legal liability for disputes caused by improper sharing or citing the contents our platform, or for any losses caused by disputes.

  14. Yirental reserves the right to pursue legal liability for users who do not comply with this agreement or other illegal or malicious use of the contents of the platform.

  15. For issues not covered by this service agreement, please refer to the relevant laws and regulations of your country and region. When this agreement conflicts with relevant laws and regulations of your country and region, the laws and regulations of your country and region shall prevail.

  16. Yirental reserves the right to modify, update and interpret this agreement.
